Deposits are nonrefundable/nontransferable for any reason. Pilgrimage payments are nonrefundable if canceled within a 30 day window - for any reason - of the pilgrimage start date. If cancellation occurs prior to the 30 day mark, TSP will refund in full minus the nonrefundable deposit and transaction/service fees associated with payments.

In the case wherein TSP cancels the trip TSP will refund in full - excluding the deposit.

*We recommend that you purchase “cancel for any reason (CFAR)” insurance when you register (it must be done within a 14 day window).

*Additionally there is a 15% administrative fee applied to any/all changes associated with bookings that are initiated by the participant.
