Once you have registered for a pilgrimage via our partner WeTravel then you have the option of adding any of these offerings on the run up to your trip. Get picked up early in the morning (4:45am) and transported to the domestic airport terminal where you will board a small plane -- approx 20 rows with one person per row so that you can take in views easily from either side. After a hot tea or coffee, the pilot will take you up for an epic view of the Himalayan snow peaks with potential to even spot Everest -- to view and then head back. You'll then transported back to your hotel in time for breakfast. The whole trip takes around 3 hours.

Himalayan Mountain Flight $300

Our English speaking guide will pick you up at your hotel and take you on a walkabout sightseeing tour of the incredible Kathmandu. When you've had enough or the end of the day approaches, whichever comes first, you will transported back to your hotel.

Kathmandu Valley Walkabout $125

Established in 1973 as the Royal Chitwan National Park and granted the status of a World Heritage Site in 1984. It covers an area of 952.63 km2 (367.81 sq mi) in the subtropical Inner Terai lowlands of south-central Nepal. It ranges in elevation from about 100 m (330 ft) in the river valleys to 815 m (2,674 ft) in the Sivalak Hills. Transport to/from the park takes about 5 hours (160km) and you'll be driven in a modern car or SUV.

Chitwan National Park $450

An invigorating, beautiful and moderately challengin trek through picturesque mountain villages, forests of bright rhododendron and a variety of ethnic groups and cultures. Winding your way up terraced hillsides pass through villages of the Gurung and Chhetri peoples and emerge onto ridges to indulge in incredible views. The highlight, and high point, of the trek is Poon Hill, which offers the best panoramic views of the high Himalaya in Nepal – Annapurna, Dhaulagiri and the mesmerizing fish-tail pinnacle of Machhapuchhre.

Poon Hill Trek in the Himalayas $900-1400*

Patan is one of the Kathmandu Valley's three ancient kingdoms and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is a stop during Leg 1 of our 10-Day Nepal Pilgrimage because it's so incredible to experience and has an amazing yoga/Buddhism/Hinduism Museum. Book here to reserve a driver/guide to take you for the day. Generally a 10am-4pm shedule, but that is flexible.

Patan Tour $130

Bhaktapur is one of the Kathmandu Valley's three ancient kingdoms and a mainstay stop on our 10-Day Nepal Pilgrimage. If you'd like to go back and/or add to one of our other offerings, here's an easy way to do so. Book here and we'll set you up and a Driver/Guide (who is happy to be as engaged or not as you'd like) to pick you up at your hotel, take you to Bhaktapur for a visit and then return you safely to your homebase when you're done. Generally an 10am-4pm schedule; however, that is flexible.
